Coordinating project start-ups and helping smooth functioning of the project by dealing with multiple units within the client’s organization |

Reviewing and managing the project portfolio |

Tracking project costs and managing budgets and
conducting project reviews and audits |

Identifying and pro-actively ensuring
mitigation of risks |

Mapping the customer business value chain and
helping create solutions to solve customer business
problems |

Develop, nurture and evolve the client-vendor
relationship. Expand the offshore vendor
relationship into an extension of the company |

Facilitate people related issues, communication
across cultures, provide liaison service for the
teams to exchange ideas and relate to work culture
